1. Where is the location of the clinic?
   • Dr. Low’s clinic is located in Bagan Specialist Centre, Butterworth, P. Pinang. Level 2, number 2605
2. What is the fee and duration for my consultation?
   • My consultation fee is determined based on the session type. The first session is RM210 and typically lasts between 30 to 60 minutes. Subsequent follow-up sessions are priced at RM110 and usually take 20 to 30 minutes.
3. Do I need to register before seeing doctor?
   • Yes. Kindly register at the front office at the lobby of the hospital before coming up to the clinic. Please be reminded to bring along your original Identity card or passport (if you are new to the hospital)
4. Can I just take medications without seeing doctor?
   • If you are new to the doctor, he has to see you first before prescribing the medication. If you are a pre-existing patient, the longer duration of medications can be prescribed is 3 months. The doctor will have to see at least once you every 3 months to prescribe the medications. Please contact the clinic if you want to know more.

   • Insomnia, Adjustment disorder / Burnout, Depression, Anxiety, Panic disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, Bipolar disorder, Schizophrenia, Psychotic disorder, Substance use disorder / Addiction problems, Epilepsy with behavioural problem, Dementia, depression and memory problems in older adults, Mental capacity assessment, Personality disorder, Autism with behavioural problems, Attention deficit and hyperactive disorder (ADHD), Children and adolescent with school refusal/anxiety/depressive symptoms, Post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
